To have a solid, outstanding medical team - many of the doctors are of international renown - has been part of the Hospital’s culture for over 150 years.

To avoid unnecessary waste of the patients’ time, medical appointments are coordinated, adjusted and strictly controlled by the Receptionists.

Each medical area is divided into specialties with small, friendly, waiting rooms with Medical Secretaries who keep the agendas and attend the doctors in consultation as well as his patients.

The Polyclinic is designed to attend ambulatory patients: Paediatrics and Vaccinations are on the Ground Floor; the consulting rooms for each of the specific medical areas are on the first and second floors; and the Cafeteria is on the third floor, as are two auditoriums used for professional medical activities and staff training.
