Until recently, having any health problem implied being together. Today, the actual health emergency situation doesn’t allow us to do so but we are still very close.

CONSULTATIONS FROM HOME

Teleconsultation through our app with your GP and paediatrician (by appointment)

Telephone consultation with your doctor and trusted specialist (by appointment).

Repetition of medication over the phone by your GP.

Physiotherapy treatments through Zoom and videos.

• Permanent telephone and face-to-face support from the Polyclinic of Domestic Violence.

 

HOME CONSULTATIONS

• General practitioner and paediatrician. Available from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Tel.: 2481 82 65.

UCM, to make a telephone consultation or request a doctor at home 24 hours a day. Tel.: 147.

Our Department of Health Education maintains its courses proposal through Zoom meetings.

We have important tools that allow us to maintain the quality of our services and for the scientific and academic exchange.

Mobile application for the home doctor, which allows you to automatically enter your Medical Record.

Multiple videoconference rooms for athenaeums and academic activities.

 

SECURITY MEASURES AND GENERAL DISPOSITIONS

All our personnel is being properly cared for and trained to supporting our mission, which is to care for our patients in safe conditions.

• The protection measures for our technical and operational personnel are drawn and followed up by the INFECTION COMMITTEE in accordance with national recommendations.

• There is staff at every access to the hospital in order to provide the necessary equipment according to the recommendations and to instruct about its use.

• The daytime admission to the Emergency service is done at Bauzá street. The night admission to the Emergency service is made at Av. Italia.

• Support services continue to work to meet the most urgent demand. The Transfusion Medicine Service continues to receive blood donations, given its importance. We hope to receive the usual collaboration from our members. If you want to donate, find out more information at int. 4235.

• General visits are not allowed and it’s limited to 1 companion per inpatient (duly protected if necessary).

• The service posts have a separation arrangement of more than 1.5 m.

• The cafeteria maintains an essential service for those accompanying inpatients and urgent consultations.
