This year the Ministry of Public Health has implemented a National Agenda for all citizens, where they can book an appointment to get vaccinated in any centre in the country.
Below we inform the STAGES and we clarify that the MSP Agenda is open for the second stage of the campaign and the entire population has to book an appointment through this new global and national system.
STAGE #1
Vaccination will be exclusively for:
HEALTH STAFF, PREGNANT INSTITUTIONALIZED PERSONS, PATIENTS WITH SEVERE CHRONIC DISEASES: epoc and asthma, diabetes, cardiac pathologies (heart attacks, congenital heart diseases), immunosuppressed patients, severe neuromuscular diseases (ex. cerebral palsy, ALS) For this stage, National Agenda isn´t enabled. Our members, who meet with the aforementioned conditions, must be scheduled directly at the Hospital, through the 24871020 extension number. 2740.
Patients from the ELDER ADULT PLAN (from 85 years of age, as usual) and patients who are currently undergoing chemotherapy will be vaccinated at home.
Members who are in this first stage (Stage 1) and for reasons of higher force cannot attend to be vaccinated, they can call the Membership Department (extension number 2201) to coordinate the home assistance. Our doctors will confirm in the Medical History if the patient suffers from the referred chronic disease.
In our vaccinaton centre, all measures will be taken to avoid crowds and we request the collaboration of everyone.
STAGE #2
Appointments must be made through the National Agenda for all centres in the country and the appointments will be opened on the date that the MSP determines. You can access through the web or communicate through the 08004567.
This stage is staggered as follows:
PEOPLE OVER 75 YEARS OLD: from the 13th of April
PEOPLE OVER 65 YEARS OLD: from the 20th of April
CHILDREN FROM 6 MONTHS TO 5 YEARS OLD: from the 4th of May
ALL THE REST OF THE POPULATION: from the 13th of May.
Our vaccination center will have very limited places to schedule our members directly. For this reason, we request that they also be scheduled through the National Agenda and choose our center. There the places available are higher.
In our vaccination center, measures will be taken to avoid crowds, for which we are going to request a lot of collaboration from members.
(!) In the case of patients who came down with the COVID 19, it is recommended to wait 2 to 3 weeks after the last symptom in order to get vaccinated (according to their time frame).
