Activities for members: this is how we went through the first half of the year

The British Hospital is a conscious and sensitive organization to its member’s needs. We feel a great responsibility for their integrity and their quality of life, and for this reason every year we work together with our professionals in an agenda of activities addressed to provide them with tools which allowed them to deepen in subjects of interest, doubts or distress, aiming to guide their actions in benefit of their quality of life and that of their social groups of belonging. In addition, our activities agenda suggests guided recreational activities, from childhood to adulthood, aimed at stimulating habits such as healthy eating, physical exercise, planning, creativity and imagination, approaching psychic and emotional aspects of health in a playful way. During this first stage of the year, the British Hospital professional team counseled on the “Beginning of classes: Adaptation guidelines”, as well as on the “Prevention in patients with respiratory diseases”. We clarified doubts about "Abdominal Pain", "Work Retirement” and we got better prepared for "Knowing how to age and prevent dependency"; we tried techniques and maneuvers in "Cardiopulmonary Reanimation Courses". We invited our children to make an afternoon homemade snack for mothers in our activity "Aliment-Arte: a surprise for mom” and we also danced to the “Zumba” rhythm sharing feeding ways according to this kind of activity. We shared a few months of intense activity and as a team we felt very proud to be with our members. We invite you to visit our image gallery We will soon announce the instances that we will share during the second half of the year. You are all welcome!
