Given the new sanitary measures taken by the MSP, we are obliged to make some modifications to our services.
CONSULTATIONS SCHEDULED UNTIL THE 30th OF APRIL
These requirements apply, by the moment until the 30th of April, at which time they will be reviewed by the authorities.
In our usual organization, it will involve us some modifications.
Appointments will be telephone consultations, according to the scheduled day and time.
Except:
• The specialties or doctors that consider the opposite, in which case we will contact you to confirm presence.
• Patients who need, for imminent reasons, face-to-face consultation, for which they should contact the corresponding reception.
PROCEDURE FOR TELEPHONE CONSULTATIONS
On the scheduled day, at the stipulated time, the doctor will make the consultation by calling the telephone number in our records.
The consultation will accomplish all the requirements of a medical consultation, both from the point of view of the registration in the Electronic Medical Record and the indications that arise from it.
After the consultation, the doctor may meet the patient in person if they require it.
NEW AGENDA
From this moment until the 30th of April, those who need medical consultations will have access to them by phone or virtual (through the app) as the first channel of access to the doctor.
We suggest you contact the corresponding reception in case of doubts about the modality of your consultation.
IF YOU MUST COME TO THE HOSPITAL REMEMBER:
• We request not to enter the Hospital with companions, except for patients with disabilities.
• It is required to enter with a mask and wander around with it inside the Hospital.
• Use the alcohol gel which is provided in all our entrances and services.
• Keep the suggested distance in all areas.
