My next step is self-care

Within the framework of the World Breast Cancer Day, we invite you to participate in a workshop where we will talk about: " Self-care is my next step".

We will reflect and inform about the benefits of self-care, of a healthy diet for our healthcare regarding protection against breast cancer from adolescence.

We will make known our Mastology Unit – Patients´ navigation. We'll talk about its approach focused on the person´s care, providing a caring and holistic presence.

At the end we will have a space for the exchange and evacuate all the participants’ doubts.
