In April Physical Activity Day is celebrated worldwide to raise awareness among the population about the importance of doing activity on a regular basis to have good habits and improve health.
For this reason, within the framework of the world day of physical activity, we want to invite you to 2 practical meetings (in- site):
Before the start of each activity, we will have the presence of Dr. Mateo Gamarra who will carry out a theoretical instruction of each activity.
In charge of professors Emiliano Guillermo and Ana Laura Tacón.
Participation: Dr. Mateo Gamarra- Sports doctor.

-Thursday 20th of April Functional exercise.
