Being hypertensive,knowledge and practices

We will talk about what "being hypertensive" means, what hypertension is, what are the benefits of periodically checking your blood pressure values, why it is so important and what is the relation between the value and its possible complications. Having this knowledge and practice can save lives.

At the end we will have a space to answer questions.
