Today, the connection between physical and mental health is more evident than ever. We know that a healthy mind is not only achieved through mental practices, but also depends largely on how we care for our bodies.
We invite you to a new workshop on the impact of physical health on mental health. This time we will explore the deep relationship between both issues and how a comprehensive approach can improve our quality of life.
Why is taking care of our physical health important for a healthy mind?
Physical activity not only strengthens our muscles and improves our endurance, it is also linked to self-esteem, stress management, anxiety, and depression, among other multiple benefits. Through habits such as an active lifestyle, proper nutrition and hydration, and rest, we can create a solid foundation for a more balanced and resilient mind.
