The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is the critical care facility for adult patients.
It has 12 critical care rooms with first-class equipment, state-of-the-art monitors and all the infrastructure and telemetry for patients who require special care.
The Unit also has 4 intermediate care rooms designed for patients with a medium level of care, under the supervision of the intensive care physician and the critical care team.
When possible, the presence of a family member, so important for the recovery and company of the patient in such a health condition, is always foreseen.
The Unit has a professional technical team with ample experience and training in critical healthcare, making it a first class specialised Unit.
