Healthcare education courses
We offer a comprehensive health and wellbeing education programme for our members.
Tobacco Unit
A course led by a multidisciplinary team to support tobacco-dependent patients who want to overcome their addiction.
Different therapeutic strategies (individual and group) are tailored for each patient based on the initial interview with the coordinator. Many patients have already succeeded in quitting through these workshops.
Stress management
The Cardiovascular Health Education Group, led by Dr. Roberto Superchi, offers stress management courses.
These sessions foster reflection and learning, providing practical tools to manage and reduce stress, grounded in the development and functioning of the nervous system.
For over 30 years, these workshops have brought about significant positive changes in the lives of participants.
Breastfeeding clinic
The Breastfeeding clinic aims to promote, educate and support mothers throughout the entire breastfeeding process.
It is open to all members seeking guidance at any stage of motherhood: pregnancy, postpartum or breastfeeding.
Birth preparation course
Designed for expectant mothers and their companions, this course provides comprehensive support throughout pregnancy.
Thematic workshops are led by a multidisciplinary team of obstetricians, neonatologists, midwives, nurses, psychologists, dentists and social workers, providing an integrated theoretical and practical approach.
The course consists of eight theoretical and practical modules covering labour, delivery, postpartum care and the baby’s first days of life. Delivered by our in-house professionals, the 360° approach is highly valued by participating families.
Longevity
Longevity is not just about living longer—it is about living better.
This course helps optimise health and wellbeing, paving the way for a longer, more vital life. Designed for people aged 65 and over, it covers memory function, cognitive stimulation and exercises to train it, the importance of sleep, nutrition, and physical activity, as well as leisure planning and social and community engagement.
Preoperative visit for children
We offer a programme that provides support and guidance to children and their parents facing surgery.
The aim is to provide reassurance and the necessary information to build trust and a sense of security.
The programme includes a guided tour of the hospital and the areas where the child will be treated, helping them become familiar with the environment before admission.
On the day of surgery, the educators will meet with the child to offer continued personalised support.
Cardiovascular health
Our goal is to help you maintain a healthy heart and foster your emotional and mental wellbeing through meditation, mindful breathing and mindfulness practices.
With a focus on healthy habits such as balanced nutrition and regular exercise, you will learn to reduce stress, manage anxiety and improve your emotional health.
By completing the course, you can adopt a full and balanced lifestyle, achieving overall harmony between body, mind and spirit.
