Regarding Christmas time, the British Hospital Recreation area led three art workshops aimed at children from 4 to 12 years, intending to encourage and giving support to our children´s creativity, generating in them kindness through their own creation of Christmas gifts, besides displacing the center of attention that technology occupies in many homes. During the meetings our little guests created cards and allusive ornaments, they colored a patterned T-shirt with a mandala especially designed for them, and they also shared a delicious snack. Furhermore, on its commemoration, children who for many reasons were present in our hospital on the 24th of December were surprised by the visit of fun characters to share a moment of joy with them.
