Through the Appointment´s department, the App or online services, each member of the Hospital now has the facility to choose the medical consultation that is most convenient for the person:
We have completed a joint work with our professionals to offer the possibility of choosing between three types of consultation:
- Telephone consultation.
- Virtual consultation (through the App).
- Face-to-face consultation.
New features of the app and online services
More and more services can be managed through the App. Now, some processes have been incorporated and modified to speed up times:
• Study orders that have not been carried out, on sight; lets you know which studies have not been done.
• Virtual consultation; Allows for a virtual consultation with through a camera.
• Study results; more agility in the visualization of the reports.
• Hiring of the Plan; traveler's insurance and funeral service.
