Mindfulness: what is it and its applications

Mindfulness is a strategy that comes from scientific research and that seeks to ease mental and physical suffering of the human being. We invite you to a talk where we will deep into what is mindfulness and its applications:

 

· Emergence and its definition

 · Neuroscientific endorsement

 · Search for equanimity

 · Development of compassion, definition and new advances

 

The team in charge of the talk is transdisciplinary and has been working in the Hospital's Health Education area for more than 24 years and it’s in permanent training with international references. It has been teaching Mindfulness and Compassion courses at our institution for more than 11 years.

Workshop led by Dr. Roberto Superchi, Coordinator of the Cardiovascular Health / Quality of Life Area, together with the graduate in Nutrition Maren Torheim, graduate. Ps. Silvana Abbate and graduate Ps. Anabel Viera.
