Physical exercises for the elderly

We invite you to share a break during the day, to foster wellness and health.

We will clear the mind, feel lighter, have more poise, serenity and have a deep and restful sleep during the night.

 

We will need:

  • 1 blanket
  • 1 chair
  • 1 pair of thick books that will be used as a support
