Breast cancer: can it be prevented?

Breast cancer prevention is directly associated with early detection.

A timely diagnosis saves lives.

For this reason we recommend:

• To Know your body

• To do a mammogram regularly

• Touch your breasts periodically palpating each area.

• If you detect any nodule or thickening make an appointment with your doctor as soon as possible.

• This self-examination does not replace periodic consultation with your gynecologist and/or head doctor.
