The British Hospital invites to solidary knit

The British Hospital invites its members, patients, relatives, staff and friends to share a caring cause and knit to guard from cold those who need it the most.

The initiative, called Knitting Care, is an invitation for voluntarily knitting squares of 20 centimetres by 20 centimetres of diameter, in knit stitch (garter stitch), which combined and united will become blankets for children and adults that need them.

Those wishing to participate during their stay at the hospital, have four Knitting Points at their disposal located at the Children’s Corner, in the second floor in front of the paediatrics section, in the fifth floor and Day Care, where they can get the necessary materials such as needles and wool, as well as instructions if needed.
